She might have cooties!

You might consider sitting her down...and explaining how you feel. That you think she is getting too close etc. That you are not interested in hooking up, sex, touching, feeling, any of that. And do it in a most respectfull way. Maybe she will tell you she was not trying to create something with you...maybe thats just who she is...all bubbly and flirty and stuff.

And maybe she will throw her lunch in your face and scream "no I won't have sex with you!" in front of all 15000 other students and 5000 teachers, because you just ripped her heart out of her chest and threw it on the ground!

Now wouldn't that be a sight to see!

It sounds like the issue is she was a student with him for 3 years!!!! And just now decides to get friendly, that will make any one think something is up. If she was physically attracted to him and wanted to get naked she would have hit on him a long long time ago. Now it just seems like she is being sweet to get something and it's not in his pants. Maybe she needs money or help who knows, but it's probably not a quick screw once a day to take the edge off so why bother with playing her games when his future is on the line.

I have an engineering degree from one of the best schools in the USA and if a woman want to get right down to sex it was great but otherwise the curriculum is far to demanding to go through all the courtship or time consuming dates etc.

And this would be something to bother about...why exactly?

//fellow engineering student

No sex with anyone at the department/class/whatever?
I think this thread needs to investigate the "asexual angle" again... I'd bone half the females in my class if I had the opportunity.
