She led me to believe that I wasn't just another guy. That she saw something more in me. That my gaze made her feel excited, nervous, and at ease all at once. That she'd never been more attracted to anyone more tangible in her entire life. The attraction was mutual (or at least I assumed at the time). She was a green eyed beauty with fair skin and auburn hair. Grew up in Dallas, but hated the pretentiousness of that town (a real life everything is bigger and better in texas type attitude exists there). That's all the backstory I care to discuss at the moment. It's still kinda fresh and I need some time because it isn't often I fall so hard for someone I just met.
We ended up having sex. Three times that night. It's been close to three weeks now and she hasn't returned my two calls or text. It sucks. I really liked her, but I'm sure she has her reasons. Even I never ghosted someone like this. Perhaps led a few girls on over the years for my benefit, but never without an explanation after the fact. I should have known she was trouble when she confessed that her favorite movie was Cruel Intentions. Still don't believe in karma, but perhaps someone younger and wiser would. I'm too set in my ways.

I guess so, but if that was all that she wanted and was upfront about it, I probably still would have given myself to her. I'm starting to think that she gets a thrill out of it. Or maybe she's a commitmentaphobe (probably wishful thinking on my part). If it were that easy, at least I'd know to be patient. But her favorite movie is pretty d@mning testimony. Sorry to hear of the disappointment, Sounds like you met her recently from what you describe and it's better you found out sooner rather then later after getting more involved. Does not sound like someone that would have been good for you. She clearly was only interested in her own gratification and I am sure she does this regularly.

Geez, that would hurt...I'm going to sound like a granny again, but why not? If people would wait to have sex until they knew they could trust that person with that part of themselves, it would have a completely different outcome.
