Boyfriend of 8 months stopped talking to me after we got in a fight a week ago. Up until that point he had been telling me he loved me more than life itself. We have gotten into arguments in the past, and this was the last straw for him. Hes 37 and im 32.... any advice on how I can get him to give me another chance? I asked him if we could talk sometime and he said we can get dinner sometime this week. Yesterday when he texted me to let me know when he was free he said we could meet for drinks.

I have a rocky past, with a lot of abuse. I have trust issues and anxiety. I was recently put on pills for it, and we got into a fight after we were drinking and it interacted with my meds. Everything had been so good, but at the start of our relationship we had issues. He sees what happened when we first started dating, not the past few months im guessing.

Also the last time I saw him he kissed my forehead like he did alot and said we would figure it out. I was giving him his space

Soooooo what was the argument all about? We can't tell you how to get him back (or if you can) without knowing what led to this in the first place.

I texted a female friend of his and said id love to meet her sometime, then told him I did it , I messed up, and im sorry. He had already said I could meet her. I told him I didnt want to lie, I wanted to admit my mistake

I don't see what's wrong with that, unless you accused both him and her of messing around.
