Why would a man wine and dine a woman for 3 months and then never contact her again after they have sex for the first time? Hello - I am the OP. I think a lot of people are bad the first they have sex with someone new. Some people are shy with a new partner. Some men are so nervous they can't get it up. Should you just cut and run without giving them a second chance? Some people just need practice. I am baffled at how judgmental people can be after one encounter.

I agree. I'd add kidnapping, coma, and abducted by aliens to the list of allowable reasons. But you'd think that they would allow him one phone call from the spaceship.
