My second husband and I already had our families and did not want more children. I definitely didn't, but after we'd been married about 3 years I came in one day, dropped into a chair and said, "I'm pregnant!"
I have a good friend that is due in about 2 weeks, she had to endure many fertility treatments in order to conceive, it took about 2 years. I have another friend that gave up after about 4 years of fertility intervention and has just accepted that she'll never have children. I know of another woman (she is good friends of my good friend first mentioned here) that endured about 2 years of fertility treatments, finally conceived and was expecting to deliver during the month of March. She gave birth to a still born on Christmas Eve 2013.
After seeing so many women that want to have a child so desperately go through all of this .. I have come to the conclusion that an April Fool's pregnancy is just in poor taste. Especially if broadcast on a social network.

Sure, it would be terrible to joke about that with such a friend. I don't see a problem with Rubi's joking about it with her husband.

Yea but i am sure if he said I want a divorce . Where do I start? It's not you. Well actually it is you. Look, I'm just not... I'm not attracted to you anymore. I need space. You kinda... you kinda gross me out. In the beginning it was different. In the beginning, you were better. But then I got to know you real well, and I came to realize... that you're a fat idiot.

I would be mad if a was dating a girl for a few years and we both plain on getting married and both equally wanted kids to do something like that.
Maybe i would need to lighten up but you should not play with my emotions like that . That is not cool i would feel like my life is coming together got college done and have a great job that makes me happy a great GF and every thing is on the up and up. For a female to do that I would be a little mad at her.
Lol, your husband really didn't even think the possibility of an April Fools joke? My senses always go up on alert on April Fools day. Someone tells me something that's potentially life altering or something, I assume it's a joke.
