Do you prefer real flowers or fake flowers?

My thought process -
Real:
Pros:
Beautiful,
Smell Good

Cons:
Status Quo, keeping up with the joneses
Dead when you get them, will last maybe a week at most
More expensive

Fake
Pros:
Lasts much longer, maybe forever
Hard to distinguish from real at a glance, have to look, feel to know they are fake
Less expensive

Cons:
"real vs fake" stigma
"I'm not worth real flowers??!"

I prefer to give fake, long lasting flowers. If I get real ones, maybe I'm taking them from someone's bushes down the street and they're free and no one knows about it.

Girl says I hate fake flowers, but then guy says okay, then let me throw these fake ones away that I got for you on Valentine's day. Girl says No no no!! I want them!

Real. I'm not a fan of fake flowers. But that is me personally - and you aren't dating me. Every woman is different.

Definitely real. If a guy's going to give me flowers, I would think it odd if he showed up with bouquet of fake ones.

Real flowers please and if he just got them out of its natural environment then that's even better. Besides red flowers, I actually like the other colors too (white, blue, pink or yellow).

Unless these fake flowers are of the cookie dough, cake bake variety, you will be tossed with the bath water before the bath ever begins. Just don't give any flowers if you prefer not to give breathing ones.

Giving fake flowers sounds very tacky to me.
