The positioning comes organically... combine that with an open mind and the possibilities!!!
I'm with you. Doing all of the above IS positioning yourself because you are placing yourself in a position to have opportunities. Being proactive about general life matters probably leads to being proactive about relationships as well. An opportunity may present itself when you least expect it. Recognizing this and jumping on it is important.

This article, as well as the people who write this website, are anti-male.

"This is more interesting. But I don't think "knows if she would sleep with you" and "will sleep with you that night" are the same thing. The second one indicates "being in a hurry", but isn't mutually inclusive with the first one. I'd venture to say that most women I know agree that they do, in fact, know if they would be WILLING to sleep with you immediately. That doesn't mean they will."-Hivemind

I agree with this. People often confuse the whole "know within the first meeting" concept

I agree with both of you. I have always known that sort of thing right away.

PUA is Pick Up Artist, I first heard of it here, seems to be some sort of training for men to get women. Just conceptually that sounds lame.

Don't know the other one.

Honestly disregard those stupid terms- I do.
Men who are successful don't need such asinine labels;
I think it's something that was derived from ego maniacs & narcissists
who think everyone needs their stupid advice.
Nothing could be farther from the truth.
Oh & the men I'm attracted to don't buy into that garbage either &
also don't label themselves as alpha males either....
That's another absolutely retarded label.

How can I disregard these "stupid" terms when I don't know what they mean?
Seems like a lot of internet conversations are in code.
I understand the use of shorthand when conversing with a known group, but it makes it hard to understand as an outsider.
Just for further confusion I saw "mgtow/trip", wtf?

Men Going Their Own Way. It's a group of guys who like to proclaim how much they don't want or need women and how they prefer to be alone, like anybody cares. There are a few of them on this board. Their main credo is how sorry everybody will be now that they have opted out of the rat race. There's no point in trying to make something out of themselves without a woman they feel they rightfully deserve but are denied because of feminism/manginas/media/welfare/whatever, so they sit in a corner and sulk. Society is apparently on the verge of collapse because these guys have wised up and married themselves to video games and porn.
