Implants, more often than not, just don't look natural at all and I'm not a fan of that.
I'd be happier with a woman with naturally small breasts than a woman whose breasts just don't look right. I suppose if the doctor did a good enough job it would be okay, but why chance making yourself look worse?
Why make your breasts bigger anyway? Are smaller breasts considered a flaw? Do women consider a smaller penis to be a flaw or do they care more about what it's attached to? To me, augmenting your body or promoting somebody augment theirs just reeks of shallowness. Breasts, regardless of being small or large, are sexy when they're attached to someone you care about.

This thread cracks me up, I mean unless we're talking something that makes the poor girl look like a mutant...I highly doubt there's a single guy on the face of this planet who would turn down a girl because she has "fake boobs".
...nobody in here is fooling anybody.
And I don't necessarily think it's any too different than guys attempting to get hair transplants, or becoming gym rats to develop huge muscles. People are insecure about themselves and how they look, which leads them to do certain things to themselves in an attempt to "look better".
Call me what you want...Im not a fan, personally...doesnt mean the girl wont look decent with them, but they dont do anything for me...her breasts dont have to be naturally large, but im a boob man, not a balloon man...for the record, ass shots, and butt implants are not my thing either...it never looks proportional, and it doesnt look as soft and fluffy like the real ones.
But to answer the question, i would probably overlook fake bodyparts (i dont see myself overlooking butt implants or lip injections though) if she was cool, or had a real personality.

I just don't like the thought of it. I don't mind saggy boobs, and you'd be surprised how many men feel the same way I do.
The fake boobs I've touched always "felt" unnatural, too. Not a fan.
