If you've made it months into a relationship without noticing she has fake boobs, you definitely have a problem, yes. Your problem is either that she hasn't let you look at or touch her boobs for months, or that you have no idea what boobs look like or feel like.
As for whether I would date a woman with implants: Yes, I have and I would again. I'm not a big fan of the way they feel, so they're definitely not the plus that many who get them seem to think they are (unless your goal is just to have more people stare at your rack), but it's nowhere near a big enough issue to be a dealbreaker for me.
