So we're out of town visiting my Dad and after visiting him, we go back to the hotel and they have a lounge, so we pop in and decide to have a drink.
They have some dude with the typical cheesy music machine and guitar playing music to entertain the patrons.
The only problem is that this guys sucks, I mean all those types of guys usually suck, some more so than others, this guy, unfortunately sucked worse than normal.
So after some song that was supposed to be a Neil Diamond hit, he was talking to the crowd and at one point someone said something like, play so and so, and he goes, "Why would I want to play same songs all of the time, I have 1600 songs on this machine."
I wanted to yell out, "CAUSE YOU MIGHT GET BETTER AT THEM."

Thanks, my dad, unfortunately used to have much more bravado and brag about stuff, he's been humbled with his health problems and the death of his wife this past May.......
But, aside from that, he seems somewhat ok.... He's talking about getting a lady friend..... I told him a while back that he should.... I think he needed to hear it from someone else.... that it was "ok"..... you know what I mean...

You know I'm up at 3:30 every morning monday-Friday. So those headaches you girls are experiencing is the tip of the ice berg to what I've felt waking up that early.
the Super Bowl is happening this Sunday, and kick off is at like 7:30. I usually have to be in bed by 10, but since I'm planning to watch the SB, it'll probably be more like 11-11:30.
