I like old stuff, but not the old stuff I have. LOL
We have a dining room set that is 60yrs old. I really want to get rid of it, not my style at all, but I feel guilty giving it to a stranger. I've tried to pawn it off on a few family members but no takers.
I offer a class on ruthlessness. Fee: chocolate chip cookies, made from scratch, no tube, frozen, or factory made crap.
I've stepped on many toes, mainly my parents, by letting them know I don't want their stuff and what is going to become of it when they are gone.
A friend once wanted to buy my car but, he was concerned I would get mad if he didn't keep it to the standard I have. My reply was "when you take the title the car is yours, I don't care what you do to it."

I heard that California lingo is still stuck in the early-mid 2000s. Had a friend travel to California to train people for the job he does here, and he said that the words "hella" and "Bomb" is still part of the lingo there. lol.
He didn't like the area he was at, at all, though I don't remember where he said he was, but he said he was laughing the whole time.
