Honestly it really has been just a waste of time for something that is trivial in regards to the cost and product but important in regards to lack of customer service and satisfaction.
I really don't even care if I ever get a refund, it is $10.00 but I did notice I have a few of their items that have not been used yet that I ordered previously. I told MR. CSD I was going to send those back to the stupid company as well just because I want none of their products in our home........you should have heard him laugh.
Next time I want to write a "strongly worded letter" to a company, would you please do it for me?
Absolutely and if you want guilt written in that letter as well I will have my Mother do it.
The woman can write guilt and make you happy you feel guilty even if you did nothing wrong.
