My advice is to stop having such narrow parameters on external appearance, thereby allowing yourself to have an opportunity to get to know more people.
I'm amazed at how many here have said that they have a very specific look they're after, for example, a certain hair colour. Of all the things to be picky over in a partner, hair colour should be near the very bottom.

lol I always wonder how old those guys are. This forum gets a lot of HS and uni students, and early post-uni students. You have to wonder how much influence porn has, too.
