Apple pies are cooling, the roast beast is now doing it's thing. Company will be arriving shortly.

As a side a note, my father is horrible person and I haven't seen him for nearly 20 years... but I still feel kind of bad about him being alone on Father's Day. Assuming he's still alive, of course.

LOL, well, I did call him a few minutes ago, his spirits were sort of OK, he's been having a rough year, his wife died a yr ago this past May, he's been battling problems with his leg, he broke his leg really bad a couple of yrs ago and is still having problems with it, He just told me his circulation in his feet is bad, and he's getting a stent put in a week or two...

He's a hot mess.

I've wrote on here several times about the strained relationship I have with my dad, I'll try to not bore the crowd too much with my drama, but let's just say my dad tries my patience at times.

Fortunately my biological donor died 12 years ago and not soon enough for me.
I never once recognized him on this day.

We used to celebrate with my Great Grandpa and my Grandpa though and that was fun.

Out of curiosity, will you be eating them. I thought you were allergic to dairy and didn't consume meat. Have a fun evening. Are the kids excited. As a kid, I used to always get excited when company arrives .

So sorry about your dad . I think back, and it makes me fortunate to have a dad who interacts and helps. Even though he has done bad things to me as a child like slapping a bit too hard, he still does a lot of good things out of love for me, like clearing off a part of my loans, helping me move, advising me on how to tackle corporate america, ect. I still feel fortunate to have him around, though he does try my patience at times by acting like my executive VP.

I can tell deep down, he still does love me, though he is going through tough times. His mother (my grandma) died 3.5 years back and some greedy relatives are trying to loot her hard earned wealth. My dad feels bitter hatred on seeing this, which is understandable, but it is consuming too much of his time. Hard decisions, I'll say, but I don't want to get involved.

I was just on there and some of the dudes I knew from back in the day are out having brunch with their famiiies and living the fab lifestyle.

LOL, the biggest take away I got from them is the shock that they are dads to some very pretty young girls, LOL, karma is a ***** I suppose.

Here are a few hints for the proper way to get rid of ear wax. If wax is the problem & you can't remove it you may have to see an ENT doc...
