Don't know what their job has to do with anything. The video depicts how some women look with and without make up. Does the mention that they are porn stars have anything to do with your comment? If their job wasn't mentioned.... How would anyone see them any different than some random women?
I didn't see anything in how they were made up ( or not) that screamed porn star!
The video depicts porn stars with and without make up. And when they are made up - they most certainly look like they are made up as porn stars. Do you really think they look like random women when they are made up? I'm a musical theatre performer. When I wear stage make up, it is different than my day to day make up or even going out make up. I pretty much always wear fake eyelashes and a lot of make up onstage because I have to. Porn stars have their make up done in a specific style. I wouldn't use a video of porn stars to show how average women look with and with out make up any more than I would use a video of stage performers.

I remember I knew a girl back in college who was dating a guy for like half a year that had never seen her without makeup. She strategically played it out that way. But I guess by then he's in love with her as an entire person and probably wouldn't care if she didn't look as good naturally.

True. One woman I saw in porn had on make-up I thought looked good. But it was waaay too fancy for everyday life.
I only showed an eye pic for people to see the make-up, and without even telling them, they said she looks like she's going clubbing, or is a porn star, because it was too much for everyday.

Absolutely. Different looks can be kinda cool. I know I tend to like both clean looks and heavily done looks, so for me it would probably be a win-win.
Relationships are about a lot more than just looks, obviously, but makeup can certainly add to a mood. Or subtract from it.

Seriously? Do you not know about stage make up and the effect lighting has on people under camera?

I'll venture to say that as someone who applies and wears make up on a pretty consistent basis I know more about it than you do.
Some of those women ( with the heavy eye shadow) looked a little over the top, but there were more who's make up didn't look much different than I see on women going to work everyday. I still think that they fact that they were pointed out as " porn stars" was projorative to begin with.
Most of the women in the video don't need makeup. They look fine without it. They look more approachable. And I don't see a dramatic difference in the before or after of a lot of 'em, anyway. As for dateless, most of the women I've dated don't wear makeup. IDK where you live, but where I've lived, a lot of women don't use it. There are plenty of women to date without worrying about that before/after thing.

And you're on camera every day? Impressive. What do you do? Are you a newscaster? Because if not, that's not what I was saying. And no, I've lived across this country, and people made out all to hell like that aren't every day sights. Very very few people put on clown make up every day.

Exactly. Just look at that still of the blonde. Sure, she has some bags under her eyes, but she is FAR FAR prettier in the before than the after looking pic.
