Do girls get offended or hurt if a guy has to take viagra to have sex with her? (single, younger)

I'm not sure what there is to be offended by. Sometimes a dude needs a little pharmaceutical (or herbal) help; stop letting your own ego make it worse.
Yeh... I wouldn't be offended if my wife needed a bit of K-Y jelly or a toy to get started either... sex should be fun. If you need a little help to get the fun started... nothing wrong with that.
Agree, if a guy has issues and I'm workin' on it for an hour and still no dice then that pisses me off and makes me feel like it's MY fault. That said, take it before you come over - be discreet.
Actually from what I have read, it seems that men taking Viagra, are seen as more demanding of sex from their partners. So it would be far more polite to let the lady say if/when the pill should be taken.
I have never taken Viagra, and now after my surgery it would not work anyway. I must take an injection.
I would never inject myself before a date started. Having a raging pound-on-nails erection for 4 to 5 hours would be terribly rude during a date.
Contact your doctor if you're erection last longer than 4 hours.
Actually that sound-bite may be a bit misdirected.
If a man has access to Viagra then he is already under the guidance of a doctor. Saying '4-hours' still gives you plenty of leeway for safety. I have gone 5+ hours using the injections and it is not a topic worthy of going to the ER.

Personally, as an older woman speaking here....no way would I want my partner to have a 3 hour erection. I work full time during the week, errands and house work on weekends...when it comes to bedtime, I'm exhausted.

See, that's the problem with these type of threads, and we can all note that the OP is no longer a member, that you don't have easy access to Viagra as if you were buying cough drops.

I understand.
In my view, to be polite. While the guy might have the health issue that requires assistance [and I admit that I do]. I think it would be horribly rude, for a guy to inject himself without notice and expect a GF/whatever to react to that.
I think, in a polite world, giving the lady the option here is better.

But there are some well-known herbal products that... er... um... a "friend" told me about. Easily accessible and very very effective. Or so I've been told
