There are at least four men and two or three women here that I would LOVE to meet in person. As for dating, let alone sex...*shrug*...I never know any of that for sure until I HAVE met someone in person. But I'd love to have food and conversation, that is for sure, because these people post on the smart, funny, or interesting side, I appreciate their perspectives.

By "here" I mean the Relationships subforum. There are a couple of people in my local subform I kind of wish I could meet, just to chat with, they seem like cool people.

But like some others, I'm pretty sure that no one who posts here regularly would want to date me. I've put all of my baggage on display here, largely because I don't like being a drama mama to the people I know in real life, and this gives me a place to vent. Not a "safe" place, because I don't hide this stuff from those that I date actually...just one where I'm not blasting it in their face if they don't want to be bothered. One person in my love life has actually researched and found me here and read a lot of my posts. Thankfully, she is very understanding. I'm not ashamed really, I just don't want to be a bother.

So I bother you guys. As if that is somehow better.

Atari seemed downright high tech in comparison. I still have our old PS1 and I love to play Castlevania: Symphony of the Night on it from time to time. Otherwise, I'm not wild about consoles, but I do also play Diablo I and The 7th Guest on my PC. I like old games.

Oh, and Pik, I wanna meet your cat. As for dating, well, he IS a sharp dresser, but probably not. You still have KK I hope, and he is well? I haven't been over in the Cat forum for a while. Nimbus says hi! Or...you know...meow, or something. Whatever.

I've never dated anyone from here. I've made one friend who lives in Dallas. I tried to date another woman from here who lives in Austin, but she flaked on me. I met my ex-wife on a site similar to this one, Askmen.com. Sounded nerdy at the time, but she was attractive and she would say the same about me. Now meeting online doesn't have a stigma. This was in 2002 though. I'd certainly be open to dating someone from here, as the chances of meeting someone where I now live are very slim.
