So the maintenance guy in our apartment complex has dedicated himself to tell my wife little "compliments" here and there. My wife tells me about it but I found no harm. Not because she's my wife but she pretty and has a big butt to go with it. He has said to her (not in my presence of course) that my wife will marry him in two years. Then he'd see her and ask her when are they going to move in together and things like that. I let it go on because I saw no harm.
Then, the other night we went to the store food shopping, the wife went in with my son while I stayed with our daughter and our baby in the truck waiting. He was with this girl we know lives in the complex so when he saw my wie he said to her that the girl she was with works in a motel and she could get him a room for cheap.
So I am staking out the area waiting to see him to confront him about it but, I have a temper that I know will get me into trouble or should I say get him into trouble.
Should I talk to him or let the wife tell him he was out of line?
Alright now your starting to sound like R the artist formerly known as CR. You make all these fun little threads and then zing us....with this highly detailed problem thread? Sleep it off!
What do you honestly think is enough? It sounds like this is it.
Its all in fun, until someone over steps the boundaries. He has went a little too far. Nip it.

You obviously don't know me yet. I am unpredictable. You'll never know how I will be coming at you.
My response when he mentioned the motel room would have ended it right then and there. That crossed the line of an innocent flirtation. It's not charming, it's quite foul. However it's handled, it really needs to be stopped.
Well.... I'd kill him...but luckily I'm not married anymore. And I'm not suggesting you do either, I got away with things like that because Of the people I associated with. I'm sure you don't know any despot crack dealers who'd do a driveby for the price of a couple of rocks. So I GUESS YOU SHOULD JUST GRIN AND BEAR IT. Good Night

I agree one of two good natured comments is fine. That is disrpectful at that point.
I think she should say something, not necessarily get the Catman into it yet.
