I work on my house. I like riding motorcycles. ATVs. I know more about firearms than the average person. I like alcohol. I like old cars, but sold mine last summer and have not bought a new one to tinker with and take to shows. I like country and go to country bars frequently.

Why don't you go to car shows and talk to men there? Go do country line dancing? Ride motorcycles with others? And do meet ups. Volunteer at a gun range to aid with help to the newbies.

I go to car shows. I don't dance, but do go to country bars. I do the bike thing and I do the gun range thing some for my own benefit. I do it at work though for the most part, which is free. I am not an instructor. My knowledge is in another area of ballistics.
In my eyes, I will be single until I am married. But I won't marry the wrong guy so I don't see this changing because I don't attract guys that are normal.
You attract what you put out. If you had maintained a professional attitude, you wouldn't have been discussing your dating life or drinking beer with someone you are considering hiring for a skilled job.

It's the part that I am too independent that I am struggling with... What type of guy likes "too independent", but still wants a partner and attention more than 1-2 times a week.
The kind who is content with seeing someone only once or twice a week.

My life is pretty together. Got a stable job, couple houses, great kids, no debt except houses which can be sold for a profit, years salary in savings, etc.
I would be thrilled if I could meet a guy that has everything I have. I am not even trying to be that picky.
