You wanted to know about marriage with him and you got your answer, he has no plans to propose and is basically telling you to move on and don't wait for him.

How can you say that? If he really wanted an easy ride, he'd convince her they're going to get married and probably to buy a larger home than she can afford.

I think her boyfriend is being realistic. He doesn't know what his future holds. He may be dead broke by the time this divorce is final.

My boyfriend has me help him look up new places to live because he's got to move right away, roommates gf is moving in (we aren't ready to move in together) but when it came down to the actual going & looking at the house I wasn't invited but he took his parents. He knew how bad that hurt me & how bad I wanted to go look with him. Then he plans to go look at one tomorrow & when I asked if I could meet him there he acted all weird & made it seem like he didnt want me to.
