First, how old are you? This really sounds as if you are still in high school. And no matter what your age, please just smile back at her instead of looking down or away. You'd be amazed what a nice reciprocal smile can do.

Are you treating your anxiety and other issues in any way? Do you have a mentor or life coach who can help you navigate the neurotypical world? Those are two ways you can move forward. Don't take your cues from TV and movies please!
Goal #1. Smile back at her or make eye contact and then smile.
Goal #2. Deliberately walk by her work area and say 'hi' (use her name if you know it)
Goal #3. "I'm going to grab a sandwich/coffee... You care to join me.?"
I dont like eating in front of people for many reasons so thats not going to happen and I am supposed to tell her this where? In front of people? Just telling her when nobody is around is crazy enough.
I told someone at the job to tell her I like her but after I no longer work there.
