There is this absolutely nutty thing called a calendar. You can even set it to remind you of things even days in advance!

Right?

The fact that she doesn't understand how to use basic technology would be ANOTHER reason I would write her off.

I had to look it up. He's 53. I'm 60 and sorry, but I don't keep up on who is the latest young male heart throb. Regardless, I think you get my point.

Besides, how do you know how old the OP and his date are? Maybe they are in their 60's?

It was supposed to be a joke. When *I* was a boy, we used CALENDARS and walked up hill BOTH WAYS to school. Ok it was not funny.

In the snow with shoes too small and ten thick books we had to carry by our belts, so our pants were falling down...

So using the calendar on your phone or an app is..... old technology? Ok.

My statement stands that if someone can not find something that allows them to keep track of their commitments..... you may want to take a pass on dating them.

Using charcoal to write on the wall, paper calendar or app.

I get that things happen and people forget things but I don't know. Usually if someone is excited and looking forward to something they tend to not forget. Once I was involved with a woman and we had plans I was usually looking forward to them, at least enough to where I probably wouldn't forget.

I'd probably move on, unless she was truly had something going and was truly sorry about forgetting. If she made an effort to quickly reschedule something and was genuine I'd probably let it go.

If her attitude was casual about it and she had a 'meh' attitude about it then I'd most definitely bounce.
