I do know he has a coworker which is more "crazy" than him though. That coworker does not even willing to buy a refrigerator at his house, only use a portable one. And my boyfriend even laugh at this coworker, telling me how ridiculous cheap the coworker was.

I actually broke up with him 3 month after I met him because of my rational. and then I realized he DOES have the trait that similar like Autism or ADHD spectrum. I came back to him and wanted to figure out.
Well, I know one. I have an uncle who has never moved out of grandma's house with the exception of a few years he served in the military (drafted). Grandma died at 104, he is ~87 years old now and his girlfriend of about 50 years passed away a few years ago. She was divorced (or maybe widowed, I can't remember) with three kids at home (she owned). Apparently, her marriage was not a good one, so she did not want to live with another man. My uncle spent most weekends at her place, she came to family gatherings, IDK if they ever went out. They were both frugal. She ended up raising one of her grandkids who thought of my uncle as a father figure. They were very happy with the arrangement.

I'm not sure why you would want this man to move in with you. The two of you are obviously not a good fit.

Why would anyone continue to give you advice when you are still with this loser a year later? You're obviously not listening.
