I worked in healthcare for years in various roles and thats all you see is co workers dating or hooking up. If your mature about it and keep it desecrate then it should be fine.

First, even asking her out, if she is not interested, may be taken as sexual harassment and a complaint could be filed against you, jeopardizing your job.
Just imagine for a moment, that you end up dating and there is a nasty break-up, she gets pregnant, or you get caught being affectionate at the office. These situations almost never end well.
