SOME women don't eat much on dates because they're paying a lot of attention to the man and want to be sure they don't distract themselves from what is actually important, because food you can get anywhere.

SOME women don't eat much on dates because they don't know what kind of restaurant they will be taken to, think there's a chance they might not like the food, and so eat ahead of the date.
Back in the day, when I went on dates, there were two reasons that I wouldn't eat. 1- because I really didn't want to have food in my teeth, be talking to the guy and have him see it (and me not know it), and then be grossed out and not call me again, or 2- eating something that would make my breath nasty.
