yes i assumed if they were ugly outside they would be beautiful within, a horrid mistake.
Well I would think the uglier we are, the harder we try to develop a better personality, based mostly on the need for it. Conversely, the better looking, the tendency towards a less desirable personality. But there are always exceptions to the rules...aren't there?
As America gets more overweight and the lower class continues to grow, I have noticed that there are more and more ugly looking people walking the streets. I point them out to my wife all the time and some of these people are just plain gross looking. (I am not being to harsh).
I know a few real ugly people myself and they are single and dating over the Internet. I always wanted to be a fly on the wall when they meet their blind date who has only seen a 15 year old doctored picture.
Some of the physically ugly people I know have wonderful personalities so can make up the difference. Others are still looking for love and are ugly physically and personally.
What do you think about dating physically ugly people? (It could be that they let themselves go or just were given bad genes, regardless they are ugly)
Man, that is super harsh!!!! But to answer your question, would I ever date someone who is physically ugly, no, b/c I don't think I could be with someone that I'm not physically attracted to. But to clarify, while I would never date someone that I thought was physically ugly, I have dated people that other people have considered ugly or unattractive but they were beautiful to me. Sometimes the beauty of a person on the inside is so bright that it covers any external "ugliness" that some people see.
A nice smile is a beautiful thing. It enhances even the ugliest of us.
To quote amshero..."Sometimes the beauty of a person on the inside is so bright that it covers any external "ugliness" that some people see."
IMHO...Inner beauty may not completely compensate for a lack of external beauty but it sure goes a long way.
