However, I'm NEVER taking a woman to a car show again! A female can walk by a Ferrari, a GT40 or a 87 Grand National like it's a day walking at the park!!! Seriously, car shows are more for guys, we like to gawk at clean engines and just savor the moment next to such fine engineering.

Figured you chime in.... But the thing is, I could go along and do things with women just for the sake of learning and appreciating something that is generally embraced by the oppose sex. If I waned to, I could learn more about the hobby then SHE does. Women (Amercian women that is) don't seem to do this. It's just "can we go now?" as soon as they are no longer entertained.

Well, in all fairness, you don't know the exact point at which they are no longer entertained.
As for doing things in order to understand the opposite sex ... I don't know. I think it's a better idea to try to find things that are interesting to both. IMHO, of course.
