Like I said before, if you're going to keep that stone cold expression and look like you're going to bite someone's head off, don't expect anyone of quality to approach you.

Maybe they already have enough friends and a boyfriend of quality... and they just don't feel like meeting anyone else. Being a really attractive woman is akin to being a rockstar or celebrity, everyone wants to be your new best friend or lover... and if you have any brain cells at all, that get's annoying very quickly.
I saw this happen at work last year. A single, really gorgeous young woman with a great personality was hired, and all the guys were hitting on her. It was really pathetic to watch all these guys falling all over themselves to be her man. They would use the lamest pickup lines to try to flirt with her. Finally she picked a guy to be her boyfriend, but he was the quiet one that treated her like a human being and talked to her about mutual interests like them both being graduates of a music college. She avoided all the stupid player types. She didn't want to date a guy that only was into her because she was a hottie in looks.
Geez guys... get over it already. Most really attractive women don't want to meet you. And when they do, you will know it.

That's not my problem. I don't give free passes because you're hot. Girls have used pickup lines on me and I was never obnoxious or gave them "kiss of death" stares. I'm just as good looking as many of these girls and I don't act like that. The reason I don't. I've been on both sides of the spectrum. I remember what it was like to be turned down because I wasn't that tall, muscular, or popular.
I've seen innumerable amounts of those types in social circles. It's strange how they are actually respected. They probably have a lot of money.

Has nothing to do with money. Those people are feared. If someone looks like they're going to kill you if you look at them the wrong way, that's fear not respect.
after hearing "nice ****" from a few hundred old men as they walk by on the street i think nice looking young women learn to develop an icy appearance to ward off such unpleasantness. or so i'm told :P
a better question would be, why does every man on earth believe it's his duty to try his luck with those women? i think if good looking young women were treated like everyone else around them, then they wouldnt have to be so icy and cold looking.
Except most of them dress different then everyone around them, thus drawing the attention they supposedly 'don't want'

There are some women who are so attractive that they take for granted the attention they receive and even act insulted when the wrong guy hits on them. Us men are expected to pursue. We know rejection is a part of dating. But I think you can reject someone and do so in a respectful way assuming they approached you in a respectful way as well. If a woman rejects me, I make a note of how she went about it because it tells me something about her.

Yeah, but ugly women can be disrespectful when rejecting a guy too. I've known some homely girls who thought they deserved way better and some beautiful women who just had no confidence in their looks. Ya' just never know, except that a b*tch is a b*tch, regardless of what she looks like.
