I met the wife at the casino we used to work for in California. She was a vault teller, I was an ATM technician and had to go to her in order to get cash to refill them. She noticed my accent and right away she started with the mocking. We hit it off form the start, started playing around, she'd hit me with a rubber band, I'd come back later on with the old "you got something on your shirt" comment then slide my finger up to her nose. We went on date, then another and another, after a short time we definately fell for each other, moved in together and then got married a year later.
Lol.. I can see myself in that same type of relationship!
It was a dark strip club I worked at. I was dancing on stage when I felt a roll of quarters fall in my g-string. She smiled and said, "You looked like you needed some help."
Are you sure that those were quarters and not pennies??? Let's not exaggerate the story here!!!
Dentist, huh? Who took the initiative and started that relationship?
I did. There had been an attraction to each other for some time. Little interactions and flirty comments while I was getting a cleaning or whatever. You could "just tell" there was an attraction. But neither wanted to go against the patient/doctor thing. Well, I couldnt stop thinking about her and my daughters just loved her. [ i was raising my girls by myself and she was thier dentist too] One day i was in line behind her at the grocery store and i just couldnt help myself. I took a deep breath and said to her " I think i am going to have to find a new dentist for the girls and I." She got a concerned look on her face and said "why?" I said "because i cant ask you for a date if you are my dentist." She then said " call me and let me know which dentist you would like me to send your records to. And by the way, i love film noir and Chinese food!" And the rest is history.
at a club, though we had talked on the phone a few weeks before....we fell in love, had the most marvelous summer romance, traveled around every weekend...it was heaven....
We did the most romantic things...like once, we stopped at Williamsburg and he told me there were no rooms left...it was 4th of July weekend...so, he asked me if I'd just like to walk around...said, yeah...we were walking around, and he kept moving me toward the colonial houses....walked me up to one, handed me the key to the house...I was so shocked and surprised, I couldn't hide the tears...
