... to tell you that your relationship was in trouble?

... that the person you've recently met and have been dating is not right for you?

To me, I trust my intuition. If anything feels "off", I try to check it out or ask the person.

When you bring her home after a date and her husband is waiting in the driveway with a 12 gauge shotgun??

My perception has been bad. So bad I befriended a few Cougars, can't beat em, join em. I talk things ot with my nonsexual g-friends and then TRY VERY HARD TO FOLLOW THEIR ADVICE!

This gal who had me spinning last spring? My girl posse was telling me they hated her from day one!!!

One guy was severely bipolar and when I discovered him with his arms bleeding because he'd purposely cut himself, that was my cue to get out of the relationship!

1. How many long term relationships have they been in? If it's 0, look elsewhere cause they can't commit.

2. Are they secretive. Won't give a cell phone number to you or won't invite you to their house after dating for a bit. Makes me wonder what they're hiding.

3. Trashes their ex constantly. At one time, they cared for one another so if they are talking trash about an ex without a REAL reason, beware. They will probably trash talk you when the relationship ends.
