my wife says an hour and a half is too long for sex,is this true,or right on a good schedule.
That is definitely too long if its "during halftime at the superbowl" sex in which case it should be no longer than 15 minutes. Other times, it usually stops after she's had several multiple you-know-whats - this ranges sometimes between just a mere few seconds to 3-4 hours in length. That is on average.
i'd say 90 minutes is not too long for a session. It's not until after several hours that we start needing to take a little breather, go out for a bite to eat, maybe nap for a couple hours, then go at it for another several hours. fun is fun
but sometimes a woman can get sore or uncomfortable, depending on position, sensitive skin or tissue, muscle or limb strains, a whole lot of factors. So what comes to mind for me reading this post, is that if a lady says 90 minutes is too long I'd seek to inquire gently and tactfully if discomfort could be alleviated, always being sensitive to her feelings and how you can make it more pleasant for her. 90 minutes flat on my back with a 200-pound man on top of me, yes that is uncomfortable. But in different positions the fun can go on a long time. The goal is fun for all, so if you can open the lines of communication it would help everyone

Its not too long if you are doing more than just going at it that whole time, but if you are talking about 'pounding it' nonstop for that long - then yes.

Though does the hour & half include foreplay? If so, no problem... if its straight sex. OUCH!

that might be a bit long. but does that inlcude foreplay, or strict penetration. if its strict penetration then let the lady rest!!!! you will prevent chaffing. for both of you.
