Yeah, there was a guy on here a while ago who seemed to just hate women and children. He seriously worried me. But I have really good pervert instincts. For instance my paper guy who watched my daughter get off the bus for several days in a row. Bus driver called me about it, so he set off her perv alarms too. You get this sick feeling in the pit of your stomach about the person.

And I'm not talking about our resident size 4-6 cross dresser.

Sometimes when we ignore a fear, we unnecessarily put ourselves in danger, be it online meeting someone or in real life interactions. Sometimes cues that we pick up on and overthink were the right way to be heading in a situation, heightening our mechanism for self protection.

I am shocked at what some people post either in a hostile manner or in too passive a manner, as in ignoring when someone else is in real harm. It's difficult to know where the line is crossed between heated text and true belief, since some might be more honest in what they post, while others take the tack of creating a persona that is not 100% how they think and relate to other people (thankfully). But, if one gets a bad vibe, there's something behind that, speaking to the mind and triggering the fear mechnanism, which is too powerful a protector to be ignored.
