Man, it's awkward. I remember out of total boredom, I took a dance class, and it turned out I was one of very few singles there, and apparently I was the only one there because I got nothing better to do. It's so awkward. It didn't take long for the sheer awkwardness to become intolerable, I found an excuse to sneak away and never came back even though I paid for that class. Although I learned a lesson: never go to a place/lesson/social events meant for couples along.

That's too bad. The dance studio we go to has classes that are actually MOSTLY singles...couples are in the minority.

But in response to your question...yeah...it happens to me a lot.

This was probably just a fluke. I don't think only couples go to dance classes. And so what?! Couldn't you dance with the instructor?

It is weird. When you are in a relationship you suddenly realize how many single chicks are out there and suddenly entirely available to you.

relationship? last time I get into one of those traps!

That used to be a signal that it was time to get married. Happened by age 21.

Now you just find different interests.
