I am a guy and freak out when I see any body part resembling an anaconda or an elephant trunk.

It plays out like this. Meet a girl, become friends, go out on a few dates. So far so good, she seems to like me for me. But from the moment she sees me naked it's just sex, sex, sex 24/7!
