Measurements don't really mean much to me. A woman could have a nice figure with clothes on but then she takes off her clothes and she could have cellulite all over her upper thighs. I admit that when I was doing only cardio my legs weren't that smooth and my butt was flat. I looked thin with clothes on but cardio only burned so much fat. I think a lot of people would have used the term "skinny fat" to describe me, which basically means I was thin but not lean or fit. Since I started lifting weights, my legs are as smooth and sculpted as ever and my butt is round. You can get rid of cellulite and you can transform your body with weights. I am 26 now but I wish I knew this a loooong time ago.

I don't do it for men. I do it for myself because it makes me feel confident and happy with my body. I hated having love handles that would kinda hang over the back of my jeans and they are gone now. I hated when I would lay on my side that my belly fat would hang there. No more issues with that either. To be honest, a lot of people probably think as a woman that I look too muscular but I don't really give a chit because I am happy with what I have accomplished. In a couple years I might even do a figure comp. I say my number #1 motivator to keep lifting weights is how I feel about myself.
