So how can I know if my ratio is up to snuff? I don't want to feel unworthy.
Hi DontH8Me,
Its about 2/3 hip to waist as an ideal. In Europe its known as 90-60-90 and here 36-24-36. Its the ratio that matters not the size. That means a large woman or a thin woman will have the same effect. once you are at .8 or say 36-30-36 you need to sell that winning smile.
Men BTW have a shoulder to waist ratio as well. We are all in the meat case.
I must be strange than, LOL, im 5 '2", and have hourglass measurements...Im not a twig, but eh, its alright. my measurements are 38-25-38...Im hoping to get down one or two more inches in my waist though. But my measurements are natural- i have not done anything for them...I just dont ever gain weight in my waist, and when i gain, its both in my chest and hips- so always equal.
Eh, I have about a 12" difference, but I am 5'8 and I have a bubble butt which adds inches (people are 3D after all ). I appear "shapely" in a gradual way, but not curvy like a Sophia Loren or Marylin Monroe type. I don't know too many women who do look like that though.
Im one inch off in the waist from her measurements...Id be her exact size if I could just get one inch off...but since my waist is naturally a 24/25, it shouldnt be too hard since im 25 now...
I know im no twig, but I have the EXACT measurements of Sophias (off by one inch)...So its all im really proud of...I wont ever be the ideal twig girl, but i can at least be proud of my measurements...Eh, they are decent i suppose. People tell me i look like Ms. Loren all the time, and im also almost all italian, so that could explain the similarity LOL
