Nothing wrong with dialup. I had it here on the farm for a while. Now I have highspeed with Hughesnet, it's not bed.
Get yourself a little Canon point and click. For snapshots, they're the best digis. I am a phto buff and have a couple.... the Canon is easy to pull out of the glove box and snap a big old iguana sitting on a fencepost. Or a gator in my pond.
Ya know, the last one I picked up is a couple of years old, so I'm not sure if the newer ones are the same or not. I also have an Olympus, it was pricey but has all the bells and whistles, that one's for more sophisticated picture-takin'.
I always shop electronics on Amazon.com first and then look at Best Buy's website - between the two I get a good idea of if the item is appropriate for me from reviews. There are gonna be a LOT of big sales in the coming weeks (Christmas, Hanukah, Kwanzaa, Saturnalia)... check Target and Overstock.com websites too. I'm not at home now but tomorrow I'll DM you with the model of my little Canon.
Went to a sandwich shop today and there was a gut sitting behind me and talking on the phone rather loudly to a woman...he is going on and on about his ailments, jobs, exercise, etc and then he says "I have been watching my weight and exercising...eating really well but I didn't eat much today because I knew I would be 'phone dating' you today"....
Have I missed something since I have been married???? Are folks now dating on the PHONE??? IT was pretty obvious they had never met in person and had no plans of meeting in person today so I was wondering if they had met on the internet....
This guy was pretty funny and obviously taking creative liberties with his "body type" and probably his age! I should go back tomorrow!
I've never heard of such a thing. I think people that even consider the possibility of "dating" to be anything other than something that is done IN PERSON, has lost a quantity of brain tissue.
I've recently come into contact with a guy on Facebook that I haven' seen in 17 yrs, and I'm still draggin my feet to see him.

Honestly, if it had been 17 years for me, I doubt I'd have any interest in seeing them either. I do what I can to avoid "old" acquaintances looking me up.
Took him to the doc on Thur. He did another x-ray. He still has phemonia, but its starting to clear up!
He had the flu, to start out with, then the phemonia came after.
Thanks for asking though. I know that I was a panic mess when his temp was so high...
Man that stuff really takes a long time to clear up, doesn't it? I still have a slight, occasional cough. And it's been 2 and a half weeks since I got sick with that crud!
