Oh, that... haven't yall heard of them? the folks who are made of sugar; never-ever out in the rain. Or snow for that matter. And their clothes are made of sugar, their umbrellas, heck, their entire worlds are made of sugar never-ever any water near them, please! Gi'me a break, find a partner "you" [the canceling guy] really appreciate enough to be near to come rain or sunshine. This reminds me of when I (and my two brothers and sister) were children about to go out with grandma. If it was raining and we just hinted at saying we weren't going on account of the weather she would just give us a good look and say (in Portuguese of course): "You all aren't made of sugar now, are ya? How come so scared of getting out in the rain?..." And as children (...) we would feel so stupid. Obviously we could not NOT go after that...

I wondered what tonight's topic would be. Or are you the one that cancelled the date and are just using a cover for justification?
Omg! I am cracking up...too funny...misogynistic snip.

1. doesn't have his own place
2. met someone he liked better

Why would he need his own place if HE'S TAKING HER SOMEWHERE?

Is your generation really the one I've spent most of my adult life teaching and leading the one I have to turn things over to? If it is then I've been delusional and have to be considered a failure.

No, it seems I was off a week and Rj78 hit it square on the day:

Quote Rjl78: My prediction:
He or better described as "it" will be back with his pitiful tales of woe in 4 days.

Quote Thursday: You may well be right. I'll say by next weekend. I predicted the resheduled on account of rain date wouldn't show and I got that one right.

ERkKKKK...(sound of brakes stopping short)....last we heard from you was the 'rescheduled-on-account-of-rain-date.' So, we can take it that didn't occur? And you forgot number 3 -He's you and 4 He's a blithering idiot.

Oh for God's sake. Who would of thunk that he'd not be baaack. We all knew he couldn't/wouldn't stay away and what a LAME excuse of a post to pop back in again. Nothing has changed, nothing will change but now he feels justified and had to let everyone know that ...

To those who don't know TVSG, welcome to his world.
