I've canceled because of cold and rainy. I usually say "Hey we can do something when the weather gets better. Maybe lunch or a movie. I'll put it down on the calender."

And I think COLD and RAINY means you are supposed to be on the SOFA. Not going out to eat or to the Movies.

I just went out tonight on a second date. 45 minute drive through pouring rain to the DC suburbs. It was worth it though

There was a City-Data meet set up for tonight. I ended up spending something like $60 to try to get to it (and back). I didn't see anyone else there. One of the reasons given by people cancelling was the weather. Cold--and potentially rainy. Pretty windy actually. I went there in a T-shirt, and I was about freezing.

But, you know, I said that I would go, and so I did. I didn't cancel--but no one else showed up.

Cold? In Florida? LOL

You should see what the temperature where I'm at is right now.
