Old Carson joke.... Guy: "Will you sleep with me for a million dollars?" Girl:"Of course I will!" Guy:"OK then will you sleep with me for 5 bucks?" Girl:"5 bucks? What kinda girl to you think I am???" Guy:"I already know what kinda girl you are...I'm just negotiating!" Moral... A ***** is a ***** is a *****!
A persons occupation doesn't matter much to me, it depends on the person whether or not I will associate with them. If they don't belong to a union I can get along with them. I doubt that most call girls and hookers have to pay union dues, instead many of them make the same kind of payment but it goes to a pimp. Kind of the same... it's protection money in either case.

I actually have a friend in this line of work in a different state from me. And yes, I talk to her every chance I get. Her stories are hilarious and fascinating. She is very down to earth and her job is just a very small part of who she is as a person.

Yes, especially if she gave me freebies, or at least substantial discounts .
But in seriousness...I don't see why I wouldn't befriend anyone, if they wanted the same, unless they were dangerous, a really bad influence (drugs etc) or obviously wanted to take advantage of me. Or if they were otherwise bad people. I don't really see hookers as a group as bad people; everyone has their own story to tell. Jesus wasn't too good to consort with hookers, so why should I?
No. Hookers of all levells usually have deep personal issues/drug habits/mental scars/personality problems/mental illness. Anyone who would look to start a relationship (friendship or otherwise) is a fool

So you guys wouldn't even be friends with a hooker? If she was geniune about it.
Was on the Great Debates forum, reading one of the several prostitution threads and it made me wonder about a couple of things.
There are high end companions and street walkers, and the group in between. Do you see a difference?
Would you sit down with a street walker and have a conversation with her? Would you sit down with a high end call girl and have a conversation with her? Would you befriend either one?
If you found out your neighbor was a high end call girl, would you stop communicating with her, even if she was well mannered, well spoken and led an otherwise normal life?
Do you believe these women can lead normal lives after they retire?
I don't have a problem with 2 adults exchanging money for sex. It's not something I would do personally, but that's just me.....
Yea, I see the difference...it's comparable to strippers who want to be called "exotic dancers."
Sure to learn about her life.
(Same as above).
I would probably draw the line at befriending hookers.
No I would not.
I guess they can live normal lives later on don't see why not.
