So, I saw this poor, homeless looking man standing out on the street corner, by the stop light today. Sigh......
Its a long light, and I sat there, waiting for the light to change....couldn`t help but look at his pitiful face. I reached down to my purse to dig out what change or cash I had.....I found .18
I just don`t carry cash anymore. I use my debit card for everything!
I felt bad because I posted my comment and totally missed yours. But I do know exactly what you are saying. Once I actually stoped at a freeway exit to give a man and his dog some cash, only to discover, I did not have cash. (I never carry cash either)
I felt like such an a-hole.
