Their religious guide in relationships wouldn't bother me. I'm for it. However, people in my generation who are like that are a minority since most young people today are promiscuous.

Anyone who lets religion guide their relationships is not the right person for me. I'm glad to find out about this upfront so I can say "thanks but no thanks" and move on to someone more appropriate.

Quote of the year, IMO.

If an ardent churchgoer, who does not even practice what is preached (seems all they do is talk the talk), cannot respect that God is Personal (to me), I must say "Adios!" altogether.

It seems to me that people who are guided strictly by someone else pastors, preachers, cardinals, imans, popes ect all of their lives tend to be sexually repressive to some degree. I don't know if it is a coincedence or what, but it is just an observation. I can understand the limitations on premarital sex but once they get married the gloves should be off, but then you realize that there are no hands.

That's why you put your faith and trust in God, not man

It only bothers me if I am in a relationship with them. Otherwise, they can do whatever the heck they want and it won't bother me. In fact, sometimes it amuses me.

Actually, I know for sure that none of my close and real friends are christian. So you can keep your LOL to yourself.

Hi miu,

You're the same thing just for a different religion. I could go to a church and a cat house in the same day and retain my nature. That is to disagree with some of that church's position but enjoy a nice chat and not have sex in the cat house but enjoy a nice chat. I am comfortable with any one in general. I could not care less if Mormon or JWs stop by and sometimes take the time to debunk their position. I was happy to conjugate a Greek word for them to do it in one case. I am a Christian but it does not say a thing about building cathedrals. I suppose also I am less than usual as a preterist. I honestly don't know why we are here. Cogito ergo sum.
