One that isn't afraid of being the man, the head of the relationship, but respectful of me and my opinion. One who never lies, wouldn't cheat, do drugs, etc. Communicates well. Treats me well, wants to be treated like a king by me. Gets along with my friends and family, is good in bed, and has good personal hygiene.
I'm sure I can think of more, but these are on the top.

-Generous
-Honest and trustworthy
-Has good Values
-Will work with me rather then against
-Always willing to lend a helping hand to people around him
-Manly, he wants to be the provider and the man that you run to when you need the sink fixed lol.
A good man will always be loyal. I think a good man is one who you know will listen to all the important and not so important things you say, even if its not what he feels like hearing about he'll still let you talk. haha thats a good man.

I guess a good man comes down to what you are looking for and want in a man eveyone is diffrent just like what qualities I look for in a girl will be diffrent than what other guys look for there should be some basic ones like being respectful and caring and trustworthy

The other thing I love to see is kindness - a man who is kind and respectful to others, regardless of who or what they are. And patient. And tolerant of the foibles of others.
