I still think it is damn ironic YOU are a career counselor (or any type of empathic type career).

If they knew you better (from these boards) they'd be screaming with laughter instead of asking for counseling.

Sounds like flirting to me...

It doesn't matter what sort of job you have, really. "I want you to do some work for me--for free." They say that people's whose JOBS are to "fix things" never have the time to fix things around their own house. Well, of course not--no one is paying them to fix things up around their own home, their time and energies are better spent earning income by fixing up someone else's.

Plus, at least I'd think this is true for MOST people, when you're on your own time, you don't want to do "work". The last thing you want to do is "work". That's keeping "work" and "home life" separate.
