The problems you have!

How much do you want to weigh? How much do you weigh now?

I remember having such a problem (or at least Mom thought I did) in about 4th grade and she started making sinful baked goodies every morning for breakfast. Haven't had this problem ever since!

I don't really have any problems to be honest...a few minor ones but nothing noteworthy.

I lost 5 pounds over the holiday and went from defined to a bit more round. You would never notice by looking at me though. Right now I weigh 160 and would like to get up to around 170-175. I can get there but it will take months of hard training and over eating.

Yeah women are like that...most men too that I know. I put in the same effort to gain weight that other guys I know do in an attempt to lose weight. Just they do more cardio, I do more heavy lifting/eating.

Then what? When you reach your goal, do you just stop training and overeating?

I imagine I'll have to eat just as much to maintain it and my workout routine changes constantly anyhow. Anytime you go outside your normal weight range it takes continuous eating/dieting to maintain it...that is unless you're using drugs. Steroids could help in getting much bigger very fast but it would be unhealthy and almost impossible to sustain. Same goes if you were to smoke crack and not eat or just drink beer all day because you would lose tons of weight but it would be unhealthy to maintain that for long periods of time.

See that's weird to me. I have an easy time gaining weight AND losing weight. Ideally I try to stay up around 205-210. But for some reason it's easy go above or below that weight. =-/

Yeah , I was imagining that you would have to continue over-eating. But I see the risk that you wont have a nice atlethic body after you stop training, you would probably just develop a bulge around your waist.
