LOL, I saw that too, I figured it was aiming to be generic to gender, check plumbing and apply as needed.
I took a kettlebell class they offered at my previous gym when it first became popular. I think it is safe to say that you already have to be in some kind of decent shape to fully make it work - otherwise you are just swinging a huge weight around. There's a form to it and it was one of the most difficult workouts I've tried.
Yeah it's not for the weak that is for sure. I already do a considerable amount of strength training, so I'm pretty sure I could manage it. Just the timing of the class never works for me, darn it.
