1st date: coffee
2nd date: play pool
3rd date: his place with his friends for dinner
now he asked me to come over his place for a MOVIE? I feel a bit offended, do you think he wants to take advantage of me?
how should I answer him if I don't want to go to his place for a movie?
Depends on how he asked. Did he say, "Hey, let's watch a movie" or did he say, "Hey, let's watch a movie, and bring your toothbrush. I'll make blueberry pancakes in the morning."
Just say, "Hey, let's do something else instead. I like you a lot but am not quite comfortable with that yet."
To me, the red flag is the word "offended" in your post. Who the hell gets offended over that?

Mmmm....blueberry pancakes...
I don't understand "offended" either. Granted, I'm of the mindset that a guy will usually push the boundaries a bit until you make him stop. If you don't want to have sex, don't. It's that simple. If you do go over you can always say "no", or just reject the date idea altogether. It's really not that big of a deal. Frankly, I found some of her other posts to be far more offensive than the original invite. Then again, I find "money = personal worth" to be offensive and tend to prefer more low-key dates anyway, so I guess I'm just odd.

I could understand someone being offended if on the first date the guy takes you out to dinner, pays, and then turns to you and says "ok I paid for a nice dinner for you, now you owe me a roll in the hay".
I don't see where she could be offended. A guy is offering to cook (that means he does the work) dinner for her. However I agree with you that some of her posts are offensive, especially her remark that she graces him with her presence or something to that effect. Definitely the type where its all about her and not about them.
Someone who's laid back and not stuffy wouldn't mind going to McDonald's with me. I might even play on the jungle gym with her.
Add me to your "stuffy" list. As "fun" as it sounds, I'll pass on this one, too. I don't go there myself and I'm not about to seek romance in Mikey D's! Besides, I can only eat Egg McMuffin there (and probably wouldn’t even do that these days unless there's no food to be found for miles) and I believe it's only served till 11 a.m. I also only do early morning "dates" when the previous night's been spent together.
Have fun in the jungle gym, though! Being around screaming kids has always been at the top of my list of items making for a new and exciting amour!
So it's been a couple of days, OP...what have you decided to do?
Has the diva made a decision? Eager minds await! Or is this going to be another TVSG thread-ending where we never hear what happened because it was a bust, period? Sigh.
McDonalds food sucks. It has nothing to do with being stuffy. If you want to ingest hormones, go for it.
Are you one of those "all-organic" weirdos who pays too much for their food?
