It's time to grow up and quit trying to please Mommy. If you were 52 and he was 49, would she be as critical?

My husband is 5 years younger than I am. He's the wiser and more mature one of the two of us.

The topic isn't about MILF's, though. It's about a 4-yr. age difference.

4 years its no age difference, not even worth a discussion

more interesting question would be "would you date a men 15 years younger?", now, THATS difference

You will see a contrast in this question depending on a woman's age in most cases.

Younger women like older guys because it makes them feel more mature. Older women like younger guys because it makes them feel younger.

Guys like attractive women regardless of age. Younger women are typically more attractive and easier to control, which is why men tend to go for them more than older women. The notion that women outside of JR high are somehow more mature than men is one of the all time champs in regards to major BS. A 21 year old girl is just as immature as a 21 year old guy, but just in different ways. Our society conditions young women to try an act more mature despite the fact that they aren't. This is why little girls are conditioned to play mommy, have tea parties, or pretend to cook. This all stems from a time when young women where raised to get married and serve an older guy while they were still basically children by today's standards. Any guy with an ounce of game knows that the secret to preying on younger women is to make them think they're more mature than they are by confirming their erroneous belief that they are somehow more mature than other women their age, while strengthening this belief by letting them think that they're your equal. One of my close friends is the absolute master at this. He's in his 30's and perpetually dates women 10 years younger than himself by preying on weak minded and insecure younger individuals. He basically tells them what they believe while ultimately confirming the opposite by controlling them.

He would be 14, lol.

Safe to say the answer would be no.

At this age, it's either someone my age (and he would have to very mature) or someone a few years older.

But I think once I hit my 30's, I'll be willing to bend 5 years on either side.
