#1) IMO, she's unprofessional, I don't care what her title.
Here's another way to look at it... lets say you didn't work with her and the two of you were dating...you just got the fly on the wall view of what she talks about in a work environment...her sex life..where she can be overheard by co-workers not involved in the conversation...and conduct, but that's MO, what do you think?
He's got to get out of his comfort zone, work is not the place to look for romance, though, I'm sure it happens all the time, but most businesses frown on it and they usually separate them if they work to closely.

she must have had a chaotic time growing up. one time having lunch with her 6 years ago and she thinks i am interested, and she still thinks she is going to change my quiet withholding ways. must have to do more with her father or perhaps the father of her kids, some kind of repitition-
