The fact that these people call themselves Christians is a complete absurdity. How they can sleep at night, is beyond me. I hope, I really do hope, that I never run into such people protesting near one of my loved ones funerals. They'd have to throw ME in jail.

One day these people will learn the true meaning of hell, and it isn't some fairy-tale place with demons and lakes of fire. Hopefully it will be on their deathbed (or even better their childrens), and shall they suffer long and hard.
I've been hitting the gym off and on the last couple of weeks. Mostly taking it easy, no weight training just cardio on the stairmaster, elliptical trainer.
I somehow managed to goof up my lower back. Broke down and went to a Chiro-quack. I mean Chiropractor. LOL
Those guys are actually the dope ass-shyt, as the thugs, er, the kids say.
